All complaints will be handled by our Managing Director or, in their absence, the most senior available employee.

Complaints Related to Data Provided by a Third Party

If your complaint concerns data that belongs to one of our clients or external partners, we will refer you directly to them for resolution. We will ensure they are notified about the issue.

Complaints About Our Services

For any other complaints related to our services, we will conduct a full investigation and provide you with our final response.

Escalation

Please note that there will be no further escalation within Flagged Up Employees beyond the final response.
